Requirements Master degree in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in the field of satellite communication, especially TTC subsystems, space communication receivers and system level link analysis. Knowledge of the Galileo system is an asset Experience with RF intersatellite links and relevant protocols is an asset Sound knowledge of CCSDS and ECSS standard and protocols involved Knowledge and experience with link security protection protocols at data and signal level SDLS or others Familiarity with modern computer systems and a handson experience with digital simulations tools like Matlab and programming languages like Python Experience in link design, budgeting and tradeoff, and preparation of industrial documentation Familiarity with project deadlines and ESA review process The candidate must own or be eligible for security clearance from national security administration

Optical Performance Engineer

Position Reference 105 You will have the opportunity to support the Space Segment Performance Engineering Activities within Earth Observation Domain at ESTEC premises, Netherlands. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include You will develop, implement, and validate complex performance models of optical spaceborne instruments, in particular passive spectrometers instruments, dedicated to atmospheric missions You will perform the assessment of the instruments system performance as well as subsystems eg.
