Location ESRIN, Frascati, Italy Description Head of the Application Services Division, Information Technology Department, Directorate of Internal Services. The Application Services Division is responsible for providing endtoend IT services dedicated to establishing, developing, operating, maintaining, evolving and supporting corporate application solutions and services across the Agency. The Head of the Application Services Divisions role entails a close interaction with the owners of the business processes from design to operations and throughout its entire lifecycle via a productoriented approach. The responsibilities include supporting the process owners in implementing the digitalisation of their processes through automation, process reengineering and change management. These responsibilities will be carried out by making use of common infrastructure and services. Duties The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of staff, contractors and service providers with a customerfunded budget of approximately 25Meuroyr, responsible for designing solutions in line with the needs of the process owners or other identified customer representatives developing, customising or acquiring software solutions to support corporate process automation or digitalization in close cooperation with the process owners or other identified customer representatives operating and maintaining corporate applications in line with service level agreements enhancing and upgrading corporate applications as required providing customer support services to internal and external customers supporting the customer organizations in adopting IT solutions to automate thier processes. Candidates should possess strong social, relationship, empathic and listening skills and have an exceptional capability to understand the core needs of their customers.
