Blue Ocean proposes commercial building to replace Jefferson Park

The owner of the land leased to the city of Fort Collins for Jefferson Street Park is scheduled to meet with the city's planning department on Monday, Jan. 11, to go over conceptual plans to build a commercial building on the site. The land, in the River Downtown Redevelopment District, is between Jefferson Street and the Union Pacific Railroad tracks and north of Linden Street.
