CDTi (CDTI) Stock Surges After Receipt of Two U.S. Patents

The USPTO awarded the two patents for CDTi's new technology that replaces expensive platinum group and rare earth metals in catalytic converters. Jury says Sprint must pay for infringing on Comcast patents

A jury found that Sprint Corp. infringed on several Comcast Corp. telecommunications patents, ordering a damage award of $7.5 million. The two companies faced off in a four-day federal jury trial in the U.S. District Court of Delaware, in which the largest U.S. cable company initially had asked for $16.5 million in damages.
