Earlier today, Microsoft kicked off E3 with an incredibly solid stage show. It delivered loads of new games, unveiled the crazy "Elite" customizable controller, and it even announced an early access program called "Xbox Game Preview." But the most interesting part of today's event has to be the introduction of local 360 backwards compatibility on the Xbox One.

Lafayette Transit System adding free Wi-Fi and Google Maps service for bus riders

Lafayette bus customers can now use Google Maps to navigate the transit system and will soon have access to free Wi-Fi as they travel - two changes aimed at luring more riders for the municipal bus service.

Greenevillea s Worthington Industries to expand adding 140 new jobs

Gov. Bill Haslam, Economic and Community Development Commissioner Randy Boyd and Worthington Industries officials announced Tuesday that Worthington Industries would invest $14.25 million to expand its operations in Greeneville. According to a TNECD news release, the expansion at Worthington will add four new product lines and will create 140 new jobs in Greene County.
