Single frequency synthesizer delivers typ output power of 3 dBm with VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc while drawing 90 mA typ and PLL voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 11 mA typ. Typ 2nd harmonic suppression is -30 dBc, spurious suppression is -70 dBc, and SFS-L1 package measures 1.0 x 1.0 x 0.22 in.
