Financial Times: Some of the worlds leading producers of refrigerants are threatening to release large amounts of a byproduct that is one of the most potent greenhouse gases, raising the spectre of a climate bomb. Bloomberg: The European Unions regulatory arm proposed to set the quota for international carbon credits at the lowest level allowed by law after imports aggravated a record glut of permits in the EU emissions-trading system.
