Featuring portable, battery-operated design, OM-91 logs temperature, while OM-92 logs both temperature and RH. Temperature is measured to accuracy of ±0.3°C over 5–60°C range and ±2.0°C over full range of -30 to 80°C. Relative humidity is measured to accuracy of ±3.0% RH over 20–80% range and ±5.0% RH over 0–100% range. Suited for transportation applications, loggers feature user-configurable high/low alarms, LED status indicators, USB interface, and immediate, delayed, or pushbutton start.

Sea Surface Temperature Scientist Sentinel3 mf Ref.Nr. 159297 Terma The hightech and innovative Terma Group develops products and systems for defense, nondefense and security applications, including command and control systems, radar systems, selfprotection systems for aircraft and vessels, space technology, and aerostructures for the aircraft industry. Terma is headquartered at Aarhus, Denmark. Internationally, Terma has subsidiaries and operations in The Netherlands, Germany, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore and the U.S. The Space Business Area contributes with missioncustomized software and hardware products including power systems and star trackers as well as services to support a number of inorbit pioneering European scientific and Earth observation satellite missions. Additionally, Terma is contracted for the development and delivery of software and hardware systems and services for numerous ongoing and future European, and international missions. Terma Space operates out of Denmark, The Netherlands, Germany, and the UK. The Mission Sentinel3 is an earth observation mission to collect both oceanographic and land surface measurements from two low earth orbiting satellites. Terma is looking for a senior scientist to support our customer, EUMETSAT. The Challenge We are looking for a Sea Surface Temperature Scientist for the Sentinel3 Earth Observation mission, whose activities will include scientific and engineering aspects related to the scientific support to both SLSTR Levell Radiance and Brightness Temperature products and Level2 Sea Surface Temperature products. This will include contributions to the scientific development, maintenance, processors, calibration, validation, verification, routine monitoring and offline analysis of Levell and Level2 SLSTR marine data products in support of the Copernicus Sentinel3 marine mission. The requested support is for the Sentinel3 SLSTR optical mission product chains, but aligning with the other marine activities relating to the mandatory missions. Remotely sensed marine data also originates from the current and future EUMETSAT mandatory satellite programs EPS, EPSSG, MSG, MTG. Several marine products are currently already in operations or are in development from sensors such as A VHRR and IASI on MetOp and SEVIRI on MSG and may contribute to the Copernicus services. Such data may be needed to support the validation of Sentinel3 SLSTR data, through continuous intercomparison of collocated products. The candidate will work in a matrix structure providing crossdivisional support to the Copernicus Sentinel3 Operations Team and will be a member of the oceanography team of experts and scientists of the RSPMAsection of the Technical and Science Support Department. The tasks and responsibilities will include Support to the verification and validation of Level2 products Support to verification and calibration activities for Level1 products Support to the development of new tools for calibration andor validation as well as utilisation of existing tools Support to the development of new tools for product processing monitoring as well as utilisation of existing tools Investigation of anomalies and issues related to Level 1 and Level 2 product quality Support to the setup and operation of product quality monitoring and reporting tools Contribution to the analysis, assessment and maintenance of Level1Level2 marine satellite data processors and algorithms Contribution to scientific development of algorithms to support CalVal activities Contribution to the execution of scientific support studies This is a full time position, located at EUMETSAT in Darmstadt, Germany, with starting date as soon as possible. Your Qualifications This position requires a University degree in remote sensing, oceanography, meteorology, physics or equivalent.
