The case could spoil any plans Chobani has for a public offering, said Sam Hamadeh, the founder and chief executive officer of Privco Media LLC, a New York-based firm that tracks private companies.

Apparel brand Joe Fresh's creative director Joe Mimran has stepped down and made way for current Joe Fresh president, Mario Grauso, who will take over the reins of the brand. A statement from Loblaw Companies which owns the apparel label added that Joe Mimran remains founder and brand ambassador, Canadian media reported.
Ceradyne founder Joel Moskowitz dies at age 75

Joel Moskowitz, the founder of Ceradyne Inc., the Costa Mesa maker of lightweight body armor, died Sunday from complications of non-Hodgkins lymphoma. He was 75. At the age of 28, Moskowitz used his savings, $5,000, to launch the company in 1967, concentrating on ceramics for industrial and military use, such as to harden the nose cones on missiles.
