This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 35 years of experience, holding a legal qualification who is interested in providing legal and admin support in a corporate environment. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include Administrative functions Overseeing company policies, making sure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate Manager for approval. Provide company secretarial support for the setup of corporate entities in various regions. Convene, attend and take minutes of staff meetings and manage the timely preparation and circulation of meeting minutes. Follow up on actions from meetings. Oversee the renewal and update of all company insurances including cover for company equipment and premises. Assist in drafting PowerPoint presentations for Management. Ensure proper followup of security clearance for all employees and liaise with the appropriate authorities. ContractsLegal Support Analyse, review, comment any clients contract including Framework and Specific Contracts as well as Contract change Notices. Prepare, draft, review and comment any Teaming Agreement, NonDisclosure Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding, Partnership agreement, subcontractor agreement. Support Contract File Manager and Bid Team with ad hoc legal questions i.e. Intellectual Property Rights, . Review the legal aspects of ITTs Invitation to Tenders, participate in the bid process, review the associated legal documents, provide comments and questions to the Bid Manager. Entering into contractual agreements with suppliers and customers. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory Bachelor degree in Law with commercial expertise is preferred 35 years of experience in a similar function. Experience with contracts and call for tenders issued by European or international Institutions is an asset Excellent analytical, oral and written skills are required Accuracy and detail oriented Good interpersonal skills, communicating well with all levels of an organisation Team player Diplomatic approach to problem solving Strong Organisational awareness, autonomous, flexible, rigourous Fluent written and spoken English and French Excellent knowledge of MS Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
