Master Control Room MCR Operator United States Hawley, Pennsylvania Your Job Monitor, operate and support all of companys 247 global and domestic content distribution services Your Responsibilities Monitor telecommunications broadcasting systems, supervise the functioning of technical components and make sure that they are active and problem free Customer support initial point of contact for all companys clients Troubleshoot and fix technical issues Accountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them Manage escalation process until resolution including coordination with inhouse engineers and third parties Monitor and operate if needed facility airconditioning, UPS, generators etc. Quality check feeds and recorded material to ensure it meets MX1s specifications. Basic editing and audio manipulation including the trimming of incoming material into parts for transmission playout. Operate MX1s automation system for transmission playout.
