Reuters: Federal auditors should examine a program that has allowed leading coal companies to lower cleanup insurance costs and could leave taxpayers on the hook if the miners declare bankruptcy, Democratic lawmakers said on Tuesday. Cyclone Winston: at least five dead as Fiji begins clean-up after massive storm

AAP: The death toll from a massive category five cyclone that swept through Fiji is now believed to have risen to at least 10. Fiji Broadcasting Corporation says authorities have confirmed 10 people lost their lives on the western side of the island group after Cyclone Winston hit over the weekend.
