Samsungs new quad-core TVs are powerful enough to actually be smart TVs

Attaching the prefix "smart" to a piece of technology normally signifies that said piece of technology has made some enormous leap from a previous standard. While smartphones have earned that prefix, smart televisions have not. Samsung recently announced that it'll be putting quad-core processors in some of its new televisions, perhaps making them powerful enough to actually earn that "smart" moniker.
