Linear Drive Nut serves small axis metrology machines.
2013-04-15 14:29:13| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Providing 100 N axial thrust and zero backlash linear motion, RS8 rolling ring linear drive nut runs on 8 mm dia, case hardened and ground, smooth shaft. There are no threads where debris may be trapped and cause clogs or jams, providing built-in overload protection if system becomes overloaded. Drive housing is made from extruded aluminum profile, and nut has standard linear pitch of 4 mm; other pitch settings – 3.2, 2.4, 1.6, and 0.8 mm – are available. Electrically Conductive Coating serves applications to 1,700°F.
2013-04-09 14:39:28| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Suited for use in production of electronic and high vacuum components, Pyro-Duct™ 597-C is formulated using high purity silver flake with D50 particle size of less than 20 microns. All constituents are electrically and thermally conductive, and volume resistivity is 0.0002 Ω-cm at room temperature. Applied by brush, dipping, or spray gun, this single-component system adheres to ceramic and glass substrates and dries at room temperature in ~1 hr. Full cure takes 30 min at 480°F.
