Genting Hong Kong (GHK), parent company of Crystal Cruises, has signed an agreement to acquire Lloyd Werft, a shipbuilder in Bremerhaven, Germany for a sum of 17.5m.

Mainland developers continue their expansion in Hong Kong's real estate, with Poly Property beating 19 Hong Kong and mainland developers to win the development rights of a government site in Tuen Mun. The Lands Department said it had awarded the residential site in Tuen Mun to Poly Property for HK$1.73 billion, about 25 per cent above the upper range of market expectations of HK$900 million to HK$1.38 billion.

Hong Kong tycoon Li combines power, infrastructure units

" Hong Kong billionaire Li Ka-shing is combining his infrastructure and power utility companies in an $11.6 billion reshuffle of his business empire to pursue more investments abroad. Cheung Kong Infrastructure said it's offering to swap new stock for all shares of Power Assets Holdings it doesn't already own.
