For the location in Noordwijk The Netherlands we are looking for a Galileo System Security Engineer fm Tasks Coordination of all system security activities associated to the Galileo Second Generation G2G, in liaison with the G2G System Engineering Team Establishing the System Security Baseline for the Galileo Second Generation inline with the Mission Level Security Requirements MRDSSRS Definition of the Security Architecture for G2G Defining and Followingup the security activities performed by the System Support Contractor Performing the security tradeoff to improve the System security robustness and the Public Regulated Service PRS with respect to the Galileo first generation Performing and maintaining the System Security Risk analysis for G2G Proposing an incremental implementation of the G2G security baseline within the Galileo Programme Acting as the coChairman of the System Technical Board where the technical changes are discussed and approved Participating to ESA and EU working groups dealing with space security matters, and in particular with the Galileo Security Board Working Groups, when Galileo Second Generation topics are addressed Essential requirements Experience in System and Security Engineering Experience in Satellite Navigation Demonstrated Experience related to GNSS System with more than 5 years of demonstrated experience working in System and Security Engineering MS Office Tools Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, VISIO, DOORS requirements management MODAF Tools Modelling Fluency in English, both in speech and writing, with excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills Selfmotivation, ability to work in international teams distributed throughout Europe Desirable requirements Experience dealing with security components and environments Capability for travelling within Europe The ability to multitask efficiently working on multiple activities, multiple subsystems and if applicable multiple missions simultaneously Other Information The appointment is subject to the selected candidate having or obtaining personal security clearance from hisher national security authority

Galileo Ground Segment Security Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities The postholder will be deployed in the Galileo System Office and report to the Head of the GALILEO Segments, Sites and Operations Security Unit in the GNSS Security Office. The main duties will include Management of the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre GSMC and Point Of Contact Platform POCP development AIV activities including the interactions with relevant member state and GSMC stakeholders Hosting Entity Operations Management of the Security Operational Intelligence Facility SOIF development AIV activities including the interactions with relevant member state representatives and stakeholders Hosting Entity Operations Provision of security design expertise to the Galileo System procurement office as regards the design and development of the Ground Segment Security design during its evolution, including the definition of security technical measures in support of security risk treatments Working closely with the Head of the Galileo Segments, Sites and Operations Security Unit, the Galileo System Security Operations Engineer, and the Galileo Key Management Facility Technical Officer as well as with the wider GNSS Security Team and Galileo System procurement office to ensure the provision of support to the Ground SegmentElement Security Design activities including relevant engineering and nonconformance review boards SegmentElement Security AIV activities in support to Galileo System and Segment procurement offices Segment and Site Accreditation activities including the security configuration control activities required for accreditation maintenance Segment, Sites, GDDN and Operations security activities planning including GSAled system penetration testing, with specific focus on the implementation of System Level Risk Treatment Plans.
