Senior Manager, Cyber Security Operations Luxembourg Betzdorf ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Cyber Security Operations function has SESwide responsibility for cybersecurity monitoring, cybersecurity incident response and vulnerability and configuration compliance management. The job holder is responsible for leading, developing and maturing SES Cyber Security Operations function and is responsible for the delivery of its services to internal and external customers. The incumbent defines the cybersecurity operations strategy to continuously extend the service portfolio, improve service levels, mature delivery processes and the overall efficiency and capabilities of the function. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES KEY RESULTS AREAS Supervise, coordinate and develop the cybersecurity operations function and supporting technical infrastructure for all SES entities to ensure efficient and Senior Manager, Quality Assurance United States Manassas, Virginia ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The position is responsible for leading and developing Quality Assurance Performance QA initiatives across Global Services and acts as an enabler for customer satisfaction. Bid Strategy and Negotiation Develop and implement the bid and negotiation strategy for all commodities covered by category strategy through analysis of global markets, commodity trends, value chain analysis, clean sheet costing, business needs and vendor relationship management. Lead and coordinate crossfunctional negotiation teams, ensuring that adequate preparation is carried out. Vendor Relationship Management VRM Provide leadership to develop world class relationships within vendor organizations to align suppliers strategies with the companys focus on total cost of ownership, advantaged supply chain, innovation and continuous improvement. Supports the Vendor Service Management group in monitoring regularly relevant aspects on vendor performance based on agreed KPIs, the current and potential vendors health status, including financial, legal, capacity, capability aspects, major contract milestones involving contract lead functional specialist to ensure compliance during and after the implementation and maintain the value provided by the respective agreement for its whole duration. Monitors current service levels to ensure agreed standards are consistently delivered. Identifies, trends and forecasts future customer needs, recommends and implements changes to continually improve the customer offering. Market Competitive Intelligence Develop efficient channels for capturing effective market intelligence. Supports and if necessary drives efforts to automate and improve intelligencegathering and Leverage this data through shouldcost models and other forms of financial or negotiation strategies. Benchmark vs and across industries to identify untapped savings potential. Drives involvement of VMP on trade fairs, conferences, etc., coordinating with the Business Services teams to offer a coordinated position towards vendors and facilitating the generation of new business and partnerships. Processes and Systems Apply VMP and Companys processes, policies, procedures and systems along the sourcing process Ariba, VMS, vendor account creation and maintenance, saving calculation, reporting, etc.. Represent VMP during internal and external audits. Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of the SAP purchasing module, and of SAP Ariba, including interaction with and training for internal stakeholders, support Sourcetopay process optimization. Proposes and maintains standardized processes around Business Services related procurements statement of work, technical requirements and statement of compliance, price breakdown, etc. for better efficiency. Projects involvement Support SES projects in a timely manner as needed, integrates in project teams as necessary and takes ownership of all thirdparty procurement, delegating as necessary and as allowed by policy, making sure silos are broken up. Qualification Experience Masters Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Finance or Business Management Minimum 12 years of experience in total, preferably working across various Manufacturing or Service Provider organizations from different sectors, involved in multitasking, multicultural project teams, multinational matrix organization.
