Main responsibilities As Mission Desk Assistant you will carry out a variety of administrative tasks in Sercos Mission Desk service in the Budget Execution and Monitoring Division at ESTEC, such as Receiving mission claims and checking supporting vouchers Calculating the settlement of the mission based on the rules of the agency Entering the settlement data into the customers database Filing the vouchers and supporting documentation Receiving and checking invoices from travel agent and car hire and entering the data into the customers database Filing the invoices and supporting documentation Providing staff with information about the ESA rules on missions Providing staff with explanations concerning settled travel claims Other ad hoc tasks as requested by Section Head. Tasks The ALTIUS mission aims at the development of an Earth limb sounder mission based on a small satellite.
