Planned for launch in 2022 and arrival at Jupiter in 2030, it will spend at least three years making detailed observations of the giant gaseous planet Jupiter and three of its largest moons, Ganymede, Callisto and Europa. Responsibilities As a Project Control Support Manager will be responsible to perform the following tasks as minimum Update the Schedule Database Architecture schedule tree Decompose work package into schedule activities and milestones already done except for new work packages e.g. units development not yet started Identify the logical relationships among schedule activities already done except for new activities Estimate the number of work period to complete individual schedule activities already done except for new activities e.g. units development not yet started Develop the schedule already done except for new activities e.g. units development not yet started Enter project activities and milestones with attributes durations, relationships, leads, lags, constraints, calendars, floats Organise project activities and milestones according to the schedule tree Update current layouts and filters required to organize and communicate the schedule Run the tool calculations Analyse the schedule activity sequence, durations, constraints Conduct Critical Path Analysis, schedule compression, simulations, whatif scenario analysis, leads and lags adjusting Control the schedule Collect schedule progress information from the Airbus Defence and Space Development Manager Update the Current Schedule with agreed changes Run the tool calculations and conduct the critical path analysis Perform the schedule variance analysis, edit the schedule comparison bar chart Prepare and issue Schedule reports or quick look reports bar charts, progress, assessment, comments Provide master bar chart and trend charts for the internal monthly progress report Save and archive the approved schedule as the Original Baseline Schedule and then as the Current Baseline Schedule up to the end of the project Send electronically to Prime the updated data source Overall update and schedule report shall be provided every 6 weeks every progress meetings between Airbus Defence and Space and ESA.
