The 4-building Williams Square office tower project in Las Colinas is among more than a dozen properties across the Sun Belt being offered for sale by HFF. Built in 1985, the buildings are almost fully leased with major tenants including Pioneer Natural Resources, Flowserve Corp., Franklin American Mortgage and Ethos Group Inc. Three years ago when Williams Square sold to commercial real estate investor Brookdale Group, the property went for more than $220 million.

PM Realty Group has revealed plans for Republic Square , a 35-acre development in the Energy Corridor, the previous location of the ExxonMobil Chemical headquarters. The development, situated between Interstate 10 and Memorial Drive and bordering Terry Hershey Park , will aim to be a pedestrian and-eco-friendly destination, weaving together a mix of restaurants, hotels, meeting spaces and multifamily residential.

San Francisco Subleases climb as Square lists office space

Square is putting part of its San Francisco headquarters space on the market, joining a growing number of technology companies subleasing offices in the city after planning for future expansion. Square, the mobile-payments company co-founded by Twitter Chairman Jack Dorsey, is offering for sublease 50,000 square feet on two floors at 1455 Market St., according to brokerage Savills Studley.

Jordan Schnitzer's real estate empire grows by another 100,000 square feet

Jordan Schnitzer has added another 100,000 square feet to his 22 million-square-foot real estate holdings with the acquisition of the Teton Industrial Building in Tualatin. Schnitzer's company, Harsch Investment Properties , acquired the single-story building at 20495 S.W. Teton Ave. in a transaction this month.
