Offered in 0201 flipchip or 0402 packages, SP3022 Series comprises 0.35 pF, 20 kV, bidirectional, discrete TVS diodes that safely absorb ESD strikes over max level specified in IEC61000-4-2 without performance degradation. Back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present, while leakage of <10 nA at MAX VRWM preserves battery life and signal integrity. Dynamic resistance is 0.7 Ω, and ESD capability is ±20 kV contact discharge.
