Huawei maintains sales growth in Q3, smartphone shipments up 26% year to date

(Telecompaper) Huawei maintained sales growth in the third quarter, despite the US ban on doing business with the company. The company reported revenues for the first nine months of 2019 up 24.4 percent year-on-year to CNY 610.8 billion, a small improvement from the 23.2 percent growth in the first half of 2019.

Huawei Nova 5T to launch in Europe with full Google services

(Telecompaper) Huawei's Nova 5T smartphone is set to launch soon in Europe, coming next month to the UK from GBP 399, Mobile News reported. The phone, equipped with five AI cameras and sporting an array of iridescent colours, will also come with full Google services, with Android 9 Pie OS. No official launch data has been given but the phone will in the UK be available at EE, Vodafone, O2 UK, Carphone Warehouse, Argos, Amazon, John Lewis and Shops Direct.
