Chagrin Falls inks new deal to bring Heinen's to village

A decade-old lease agreement between the village and a downtown shopping plaza has been amended to assure enough customer parking to satisfy a demand by Heinen's Fine Foods. The village has been without a grocer since 2014, when the Pittsburgh-based Giant Eagle chain announced it was closing its store in the plaza because customers expressed a desire for a broader shopping experience.
