Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree in a relevant engineering discipline Several years relevant professional experience Good knowledge of the international Space Station Programme Good knowledge of Ground Segment processes and system for spaceflight Experience in the area of GS development and maintenance Knowledge of Payload Operations in Columbus and in other segments of the ISS Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Specific qualification requirements University degree preferably Masters in Engineering. A minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience post Degree. A good knowledge of the international Space Station Programme is required Good knowledge of Ground Segment processes and system for spaceflight Capability to work in a team with other ESA organisations, e.g. Increment managers, Mission Operations Manager, as well as with external partners Experience in the area of GS development and maintenance Some knowledge of Payload Operations in Columbus and in other segments of the ISS. Ability to work and communicate effectively in English. Legal and Security Requirements All applicants must be legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
