AEC-Q200-qualified products, resistant to harsh environments, mechanical shock, and vibration, are available with working voltages of 26 and 45 Vdc, capacitances of 0.47 and 1 µF (both with ±20% tolerance), and energy ratings of 0.6 and 0.7 J.
