Boyd Gaming Corporation today announced that it has commenced and priced a registered public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2023. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 6.875% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears on May 15 and November 15 of each year beginning on November 15, 2015.
