As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities Preparing, implement and followup of internal audits Supporting inhouse training activities on quality management Maintaining the Quality Management System QMS documentation Reviewing other documents produced by GSA from a quality management perspective Supporting the development of procedures and work instructions Maintaining the processes related to Anomaly Reporting Recording and synthesising customer feedback and data on corrective and preventive actions Collating and analyse qualityrelated indicator reports Collecting other relevant data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS Assisting in the maintenance of Risk Management activities Assisting in the establishment of an Integrated Management System including Information Security and Safety Management Gap analysis and action plan proposals Implementation other actions required to maintain quality certification to the IS0 9001 standard Inputs as qualityrelated help desk for the GSA Quality Team Compilation and analysis of nonconformances, anomalies and problems, reporting results to Heads of Units and the Quality Team, and maintaining database records Collection of data to allow for evaluation of the effectiveness of the QMS as a whole Support the analysis of external standards for incorporation into the GSA IMS Ensuring the proper filing and documentation process of NonConformance Reports Maintaining a repository of QMrelevant documentation on the intranet Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University Degree in a relevant discipline Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance management Excellent knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage. Product Quality Assurance Engineer Company details A leading space customer, located in Kruibeke, develops subsystems for spacecraft applications, including both scientific experiments for research in space as well as complete satellite systems. In order to support the rapid growth my customer is currently experiencing, they are looking to strengthen the team with a Product Assurance Engineer. Function At project startup, your initial focus will be the translation of the customers product assurance, quality and safety requirements into a specific, pragmatic approach for the project. Once a project is running, you will monitor the implementation of this approach during the different development phases design, manufacturing, integration, test and delivery. Your tasks will include attendance of design reviews, performance of safety and reliability analysis FMEA, nonconformance handling, hardware inspections, test witnessing As product quality assurance engineer of the project, you will also interface with the customer and provide him with regular reporting on the performed activities. In addition to the above responsibilities at project level, you could also be assigned to company level improvement projects within our EN9100 Quality Management System. Profile We expect candidates to have a master degree in engineering. The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic resultoriented and fastlearning team player with good communication skills at all levels. Fluency in English and Dutch is preferable.
