Designed for 9 x 13 mm BGA 78-pin DDR3 package with 0.8 mm pitch, SG-BGA-6374 mounts without any holes in target PCB or soldering. Placement/epoxy system enables mounting on any existing PCB, and socket operates at bandwidths up to 8 GHz with less than 1 dB insertion loss.
