The GNSS Security Requirements and Standards Manager manages a team under establishment which is composed of security engineers reporting operationally to the service engineering managers of the exploitation teams in a matrix organisation and other transversal security requirements and standards functions. Shehe reports hierarchically to the Head of Security Department. Shehe is responsible for the following tasks, under the guidance of the Head of Security Department Manage the Security Requirements and Standards team Implement the part of the work programme linked to the delegated security responsibilities of the Agency in the exploitation phases of the GNSS programmes, including its budgetary aspects Ensure consistency within the Agency of the security processes of the programmes Liaise with the units of the DG Entreprises and Industry of the European Commission and provide an active participation and contribution to the group of national experts GNSS Security Board and its working groups Liaise with the exploitation teams and manages their requests and their needs through the team members integrated in the exploitation teams andor supplementary analysis provided by the expertise and the tools of the security department Coordinate the security requirements with the overall exploitation requirements baseline in support to the EGNOSGalileo GNSS Service Engineering Manager Tightly liaise with the other sections of the Security Department and the GSMC Tightly liaise with the ESA GNSS Security Office Maintain the EGNOSGalileo Security requirements baseline applicable to the exploitation phases of the GNSS programmes, ensuring traceability and consistency from requirements established at policy level to requirements established at Service provision and System levels Maintain and update the Statement of compliance to the security requirements Maintain and develop the security risks analyses for the exploitation phases of the GNSS programmes and the associated risks treatment plans in cooperation with the European Space Agency GNSS Security Office Manage the procurement of the security analyses for the exploitation phases of the GNSS programmes Monitor and control the EGNOSGalileo service provision security compliance to security requirements, implementation of security risks treatment plans, security accreditation plan implementation as implemented by the Service Providers Prepare the EGNOSGalileo Exploitation program relevant inputs to the Security Accreditation Board and its panels, as appropriate and in full respect of the governance of the programmes1 Contribute to the elaboration of EGNOSGalileo security enhancement technological roadmaps and evolution programmes Support the European Commission in the establishment of the updated security requirements Liaising with the stakeholders which contribute to the security of the EGNSS Services in particular EC, Member States and ESA Liaising with the GSA Legal and Contracts Department and with the Administration and Finance Department for procurement and project management activities Support the EGNOSGalileo GNSS Service Provision Manager for any topics related to EGNOS andor Galileo services implementation Develop tools and quality processes related to the above objectives Contribute to other tasks of Department, as necessary.
