Together with our Business Unit Manager you will further accelerate the existing growth of ATG Projects. The team is a mixture of ambitious, international talent and experienced engineers. We call them the brightest minds in aerospace and hightech engineering. They provide highend thermal, structural and flow engineering services to customers like ESA, RUAG, OHB, Qinetiq, Kongsberg. ATG Projects successfully performed the complete design, analysis and verification of thermal control systems for space instruments, such as the PROBA V Vegetation Instrument, and components of spacecraft, such as reaction wheels and propulsion systems. Currently we are the mechanical and thermal responsible for the development of the instrument for the ALTIUS mission and we support diverse European space companies in qualifying their space hardware. Tasks Responsibilities Develop and manage new strategic initiatives to significantly expand the opportunities for business growth Further improve our proposition and sales material Promote the ATG Projects capabilities on both national and international level Identify customer needs and decisionmaking processes at customers and prospects Develop a vision on the needs and possibilities for strategic customers Setup an international network of relevant partners and research institutes Create, implement and execute account plans Perform Stakeholder management. Skills and experience University degree preferably physicstechnical Proven business development andor sales experience in an engineering environment, preferably space Profound knowledge of space instruments andor instruments for other hightech industries is a plus Knowledge of the European space market is an asset Good communication skills and preferably proficient in multiple languages English, German, French, Dutch Accustomed to presenting for, and dealing with, large groups of specialist engineers and decision makers Willingness to travel abroad.

They are based at Terma premises in Denmark, Germany and The Netherlands as well as numerous customer sites around Europe The Challenge The Terma Simulations Group develops spacecraft simulators for the European Space Agency and industry spacecraft manufacturers. We are looking for an experienced Spacecraft Simulator Software Developer, to work in the Ground Operation Department of Termas Space division, located in Darmstadt, Germany, as a simulator applications developer. The Simulator Software Developer performs detailed design, implementation and testing in of the spacecraft simulator, as part of a team of Software and Aerospace Engineers. Software design will use an objectoriented design, using the UML notation supported by the MagicDraw design tool. Implementation and testing language will mainly be C. The Simulator Software Developer will be expected to utilize best practice processes and techniques throughout design, implementation and testing, and appropriate metrics to control and monitor the quality and maintainability of the software application. Both conventional and Agile development lifecycle models will be used where appropriate, and full configuration management of all software will be maintained. This is a fulltime position with a planned starting date as soon as possible. Your Qualifications Applicants should have a university degree in Computer Science. Degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Electronic Engineering or MathematicsPhysics are acceptable provided extensive Software Engineering experience can be provided. POSIX programming Familiar with formal requirementsbased design, development and verification. Experience with Waterfall or Agile SCRUM software development lifecycles. Developer plans mixed-use project in Doral after buying former Teva plant

An affiliate of Hines plans to build a retail, hotel and commercial project in Doral after purchasing the former Teva Pharmaceuticals plant. Two affiliates of the Israel-based company sold a 78,130-square-foot building on 11.9 acres of land to 8800 Doral LLC, an affiliate of Houston-based Hines, for $26 million.

Atlanta-based Davis Development developed Carrington at Champion Forest, a 284-unit apartment community in the Champions submarket with average monthly rents of $1,016. Davis sold the property in 2013 to Irvine, California-based Steadfast Income REIT Inc. Davis Development submitted plat applications with the city of Houston for the projects, which are proposed for Cypress, west Houston, near Tomball and in Spring - a few miles from the new Exxon Mobil campus.
