Skyworks’ SKY12241-492LF and SKY12242-492LF are 50 or 100 W, integrated, high-power single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. They are designed with a driver circuit that is ideal for TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE applications, as well as in high-power switch for micro and macro-base stations, and active antenna arrays.
