An anonymous Abercrombie and Fitch employee working at one of the brand's flagship stores has revealed shocking details about the racial discrimination she has witnessed and the sexual harassment she has faced as a part-time sales person or 'model' for the controversial retailer. The unidentified female staffer, who still works a few shifts a month at the store, explained in an essay for xoJane that she was recruited for her position by two male models who told her she had a 'great look' for Abercrombie and Fitch.
