(Telecompaper) Swedish operator AllTele said that it will merge with its IP telephony and cloud subsidiary T3, its digital workplace unit Delegate and its consultancy IT-Total Vasternorrland to form A3. The new entity will offer a comprehensive range of communications services and IT products for individuals and businesses.
