Almaden shorts: O'Connor hosts 'Get Healthy, Stay Healthy' workshop

O'Connor physician Michael Henehan, DO, will lead a "Get Healthy, Stay Healthy" workshop on April 9 as part of O'Connor Hospital Living Well Community Lecture Series. Henehan, who serves as director of the San Jose-O'Connor Hospital/Stanford Affiliated Sports Medicine Fellowship, will show participants how exercise can lower the risk of stroke, heart disease and diabetes.
