Altice sells Swiss data centre business Green.ch

(Telecompaper) Altice has agreed to sell its telecom and data centre operations in Switzerland, Green.ch and Green Datacenter, to InfraVia Capital Partners. The sale gives the activities an enterprise value of CHF 214 million, equal to 9.9x adjusted EBITDA.
