(Telecompaper) With the integration of AOL/Yahoo operations and ad tech platforms nearing completion under Armstrong's direction, Gowrappan will lead the next phase of Oath's global growth strategy, Verizon said. The company noted his experience in scaling businesses globally, after he previously led international expansion as Alibaba's global managing director.
