Offering force resolutions to 5 mN and linear encoder resolution of 100 nm, V-273 automation actuator comes with controller that reads actuator's force and position sensors in parallel and seamlessly switches from closed-loop force control to position control and vice versa. Along with variable step size and frequency, N-472 actuator has >10 million cycle life expectancy, position sensor with resolution of <1 nm, standard motion ranges from 7.5–26 mm, and vacuum capability.
