ANSI announced that Bruce Andrews, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce, will deliver keynote address at this year’s ANSI Annual Business Meeting. Andrews was confirmed as Deputy Secretary of Commerce on July 24, 2014. He has also served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce, a post he assumed in October 2011. His keynote speech will address how standards and conformance support the digital economy, which is in a constant state of growth.
