Offered in 4 x 4 mm QFN package, AEC-Q100 qualified ISL78268 enables conversion from 12, 24, or 48 V (typ) primary rails to 3.3, 5.0, or 12 V (typ) secondary rails. Synchronous buck controller, providing step-down efficiency for load currents from 5–25 A, integrates peak current mode synchronous PWM controller, dedicated constant current control loop, as well as 3 A high- and low-side FET drivers that have adaptive dead time control.
