Certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicle sales are still going strong up nearly 20% year-over-year in September and finishing the best quarter ever for the CPO market. September saw 188,341 CPO units sold, which was a 19.7% increase over September 2013. Year-to-date, CPO sales have reached 1.74 million sold, an increase of nearly 10% over the first nine months of 2013. Kia had its strongest month ever for CPO sales.
