Based on inclination dependent changes of difference capacity, fluid inclination sensors determine angle of object in relation to gravitational field of Earth. Measurement range covers complete 360°, and accuracy is <0.1° over entire range. As determined angle is independent of local gravitational acceleration, sensor can be used globally. Internal temperature compensation allows operation from -40 to +85°C, and aluminum housing complies with IP67 standards.
