Centimeter-accurate software-based GPS positioning developed

Researchers at the University of Texas at Austin have developed a centimeter-accurate, software-based GPS-based positioning system, using existing smartphone GPS chips, which they claim is capable of drone package delivery down to a specific spot on someone's back porch.
