Century Properties and Mitsubishi Corp. have entered a deal to develop the world's first Forbes Media Tower in Makati City. In a disclosure to the stock exchange, Century said its subsidiary, Century City Development Corporation, signed a joint venture agreement with Mitsubishi to develop, lease out and maintain the 35-storey office building.
