After success at 40 Bond Street , he took a short hiatus, and is now opening the first two Public hotels in the city, as well as NYC's first two Edition hotels He works with big names in architecture and design like Herzog & de Meuron and Yabu Pushelberg, and is planning yet another condo building in Tribeca.
