Equipped with Siemens PLC, automatic bundle loader, and gear-driven pivoting saw head, Matic 315 CM 1B achieves production rates up to 1,000 parts/hr. CM belt loader is designed to load bundles of tubes automatically up to 20 ft with max weight 8,800 lb. Clamping part on both sides of saw blade, horizontal vises ensure burr-free cut. Clamping pressure is adjustable so pressure can be lowered when sawing very thin wall tubes, and vise clamping pressure is controlled independently.
