Clean Harbors' El Dorado incineration facility recently achieved certification by the Labor Department at its highest level making the Arkansas plant one of the safest worksites in the industry. The achievement reflects the overarching Clean Harbors philosophy of safety above all else and caps a stellar year for company-wide safety in 2015.
