In less than two years, Prospectors Cold Brew Coffee has gone from its incubator kitchen at the Downtown Market to becoming a supplier for Meijer, Whole Foods, SpartanNash and Kroger. Created by friends and business partners, David Wentworth and Eric Pearson, Prospectors Cold Brew Coffee is now looking for a larger space to brew and bottle their organic, fair-trade ice coffee drinks.
