Gray clouds covered the sky and an occasional mist of rain fell on Colonial Beach yesterday, but Delia Anderson didn't seem to notice. Delia and her husband, Bob, were among the hundreds of bikers who traveled to the small Potomac River town for this weekend's Colonial Beach Bike Fest.
