Company recalls a half million pounds of chicken

Sanderson Farms is recalling more than a half million pounds of chicken and other poultry products due to possible contamination, according to a bulletin issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service on Friday. The voluntary recall affects approximately 554,090 pounds of chicken produced between September 17-18, 2015.
