Mayor Tim Grayson recently sought political advice from former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, a principal at an investment fund that does business with a firm vying to oversee development at the Concord Naval Weapons Station. Lennar Urban is one of two firms the City Council is considering to lead development of the former military base.
